Tra Que is a charming little village on the edge of Hoi An, the village is famous for its sweet-scented and fresh vegetables that spice up on the daily meals of Hoi An people: Cao Lau and Quang noodles. Come here, you will have a chance to discover the art of cultivating and water plants, tasting and doing a cooking class with local dishes prepared by a friendly host.

08:00 Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An Center and start biking to Tra Que Village. One the way, our travelers will have to chance to enjoy the picturesque countryside roads with the rice field, nipa palm forest, shrimp or fish farm, ext.
On arrival, you will be taken around the herbs garden where local farmers work on their field using organic methods from 300 years ago. You can join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. following steps are raking the ground, sowing, watering, picking vegetables and many other gardening activities Then, biking for 15 more minutes to a local house near Cam Thanh rice fields. From here, you will be served with a welcome drink, introduce how to plant the wet rice and get a full expose to the local way of living. You will be taught how to use the tool in the local house and produce rice flour from the rice trunk, which will be used later to make Vietnamese Pan Cake named “Banh Xeo” with the local farmers. Later, enjoy what you have made with other signature dishes including Shrimps Salad, Vietnamese sausage, sir-fried water morning glory, fruits and passion fruit juice.
Finish at approximately 13:00 pm – riding back to Hoi An. End trip.
