Itinerary

Start with a welcome snack of bottled water, coconut, and fruit juice. Then get settled into a bamboo basket boat and hear a brief introduction about the history of the Cam Thanh River, including the role it played during wartime. Learn to paddle this traditional Vietnamese vessel and join in a playful basket-boat race against local fishermen who instruct you in the art of round-net and cast-net fishing. Try to catch crab and coconut mussels and make tools from coconut leaves as you explore the Bay Mau coconut forest. Relaxation with traditional net fishing techniques or fishing road, taking a boat trip around the lake. Enjoy the folk game: play tug, beating pots, punching water balls. Resting and relaxing here. After immersing in these hands-on activities, you will return the local restaurant for a fresh seafood menu lunch or dinner. Mineral water is provided to accompany the meal. After you take part in traditional fishing techniques and meal, you will be transferred to your hotel.
