JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Consult, design and process the tour programs for all inbound tours/services with focus on cooking class service (package tour, cooking class, coffee tour…) as required
- Propose the business development strategies to the Management
- Enhance partnership network with local and International partners
- Lead new projects run by company according to its development plans
- Propose customer care programs/policies to ensure the best customer experience is achieved
- Other tasks assigned by company
REQUIREMENTS
- English Proficiency especially verbal communication in English
- Customer Oriented Mindset
- Meticulous and Attention to Details
- 1 year working experience in Tourism
- Have experienced in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service is a plus
